Patrol names not listed must be custom ordered. There are several approved vendors that you may find online. Patrols that choose a Patrol name not listed above must split the cost of the minimum number of custom Patrol patches required by the vendor. The Troop does not offset the cost of the patches, nor does the Troop purchase the excess patches. New members of your Patrol should purchase the patches from whomever has possession of the extra patches.

Patrol assignments are made by the Scoutmaster after he consults with the SPL. We make every effort to place new Scouts into a Patrol with someone that they know. We also try to keep the number of members in each Patrol about the same.

If your Patrol is listed, you may purchase your Patrol patch at the Scout Shop in Dothan or from BSA National Supply online at www.scoutstuff.org. Purchasing patches online will have shipping charges added, making the cost per patch slightly higher than the Scout Shop in Dothan charges.
